1. Product Natural Variation
     Wood is a natural product. 575 Firewood and Latillas does not guarantee the exact uniform appearance ,diameter or color of firewood or Latillas. Seasoning levels are based on industry standards, but weather conditions during storage and delivery may affect surface moisture.

2. Delivery disclaimer
   - property access: customers must provide a clear, safe, and accessible path for delivery vehicles. we reserve the right to refuse delivery if the site is deemed unsafe or inaccessible (e.g., steep grades, deep mud, or narrow gates).
        - Liability: 575 firewood and latillas is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, underground utilities, septic tanks, or landscaping caused by weight or operation of our delivery trucks. the customer assumes all risk once the vehicle enters the private property line.
        - Placement: unless otherwise agreed in writing, "delivery" consists of a standard dump at the designated drop site. hand-stacking is a premium service and must be scheduled in advance.

3. Safety & usage warning
     - Fire safety: proper storage and use of firewood are the sole responsibility of the customer. we recommend following all local fire codes and maintaining your chimney or wood stove annually. 
     -Insects: wood is a natural Forrest product and may contain bark beetles, ants, or other native insects. we recommend storing firewood outdoors and away from the home's foundation until ready for use.

4. pricing & payments
     prices listed on the 2026 price sheet are subject to change based on fuel surcharge or market availability. payment is due upon delivery unless a prior account has been established. all sales of firewood and latillas are final once the product has been off loaded.
